The

We first see Gayna on the second show (26th November) where she is asked to diagnose the root of the problems in Michelle's house, as it has never felt like home to her in the 18 years that she and her kids have lived there, and relationships have broken down. Without any prior knowledge other than Michelle's birthchart and a walk around the house, Gayna accurately diagnoses that the layout of the house, some of the colours used, and the placement of furniture has been the cause of relationship problems.
We really see Gayna's skills come to the fore in the sixth episode when she makes her assessment of Simon and Emma's house, in South Woodford.

The couple have felt unsettled since moving in two years ago, and the troubled atmosphere in the music room has adversely affected Emma’s musical career.

Gayna identifies these issues and diagnoses the cause: the colours are wrong for a fire sign couple.

Some items in the house are badly placed for communication, and some stagnant energy needs to be cleared – as well as a lot of clutter!

Whilst it might seem amazing to us, filming Housebusters is not so strange for Gayna as she often gets asked to identify problem areas in houses for her clients, however her main area of troubleshooting is by analysing birthcharts. Your birthchart, i.e. the astrological map based on your birth details, tells you about your personality, your likely career/s, your relationships, your strengths and your challenges.
